Say What’s in your Heart with a Music Box from Things Remembered

Choosing the perfect gift for the people closest to you can be a real challenge. You want something personal and special.
That’s no small order!
Things Remembered takes personalization to a new level with their frosted elegance music box. Not only can the keepsake be engraved, but you can also record any song to play when the box is opened.
Download a song that reminds you of good times, special places and important people. We like using a song from your first concert together, your first high school dance, or that embarrassing song your parents used to sing in the car. You can also record your own message (a perfect gift for mom!).
  • Give your Maid of Honor a box that plays a song you both loved in high school. We chose Kelly Clarkson’s “Breakaway” and engraved “Yesterday and today, you have always been there for me.”
  • It’s also the perfect gift for the Mother of the Bride! We engraved “You’ll always be a hero in my eyes.” The gift was absolutely perfect when we loaded “In My Daughter’s Eyes” by Martina McBride into the recordable box!
  •  Grooms! If you’re looking for a way to make your bride’s wedding day even more special, you can engrave: “Every dance with you feels like our first.” She will never forget the moment she sees your engraved message or when she opens the box and hears your special song!
When you have those special words in your heart, but don’t know how to say them, the frosted elegance music box will help you turn a heartfelt message into an unforgettable memory.

A Spectacular Blush Wedding Affair in NYC

We’ve said it once, and we’ll say it again, we love a good love story, particularly when love conquers all, even distance. So when Lash To Lens amazed us with gorgeous film from this fairytale love story, we got out our tissues and cried happy tears, of course! Nadine, the gorgeous bride is a West Indian-American Merchandise Planner for Macy’s and resident of NYC. Adam, an Englishman, is a former real estate finance professional, currently working for his family's home development company in the UK. The lovely duo met in their teens, seven years ago, at Adam’s aunt’s wedding and despite the distance, the two lovebirds remained in contact. But, it wasn’t until November of 2011 that Adam returned to NYC and asked Nadine out on an official date. It was then that both Nadine & Adam discovered their strong love for one another and soon began a long distance relationship.
Fast forward a year to Thanksgiving holiday, when Nadine awoke to a very romantic Adam on one knee asking her to make him the luckiest man in the world and the rest…. is a future of love and happiness.

From the bride… "A year later, we decided that Adam would take that long journey back to NY for Thanksgiving as this time he will be celebrating with my family and I. Unaware, Adam had arranged for us to stay in a romantic hotel with a great view of NYC setting the scene for a special evening before we went upstate to my brother's for thanksgiving. After adhering to previous statements from me about not wanting a large public displays of affection he felt this setting was perfect for what turned out to be one of the most nervous yet happiest nights of his life. When we got in one night after dinner and drinks, he kept going in and out of our hotel room which I thought was strange but never really thought much of it as I kept on checking my work emails. We went to bed and early in the morning I woke to him on one knee at the side of the bed looking nervous as ever as he professed his love for me and asked me to make him the luckiest man in the world by marrying him; of course I said YES! (he was still nervous and actually put the ring on the wrong finger) We both started laughing and I took the ring and put it on the correct finger! We had dinner that night to celebrate and made our journey up to my brother's where we celebrated with my family and told them the good news.”
